Hello, my name is Hanna Buss. I am a photographer based in Wallsburg, Utah- a small town of 300 in Provo Canyon, with probably more cows than people. Being raised in Provo, I didn’t go far from home- I’m close to Heber City, Park City, Salt Lake City, and Provo. I have a nomadic heart and a passion for the outdoors. I’m a sunset chaser, food critic, seeker of good vibes, and lover of genuine laughter. I thrive with people who don’t take life too seriously, and I’m so glad you found your way here.

My style is best described as documentary, paying close attention to the emotions and details. I aim to capture the natural beauty of you and your surroundings, while preserving true-to-life colors. My goal is for you to look back at your photos 30 years from now and relive the moments exactly as they appeared and bring those memories back to life.

I started photographing weddings back in 2015, and during your ceremony, you can count on me to capture the moments you’ve dreamed of for years- like your fiancé tearing up as you walk down the aisle, your grandma fixing your dress before the cake cutting, and all those fleeting moments that make your day special. I focus on fitting in with your guests and letting moments unfold naturally with minimal posing. Rest assured, I will guide you when needed to capture both candid and classic portraits for your final wedding gallery.

For eloping couples, I want your elopement to be as unique and intimate as you’ve always imagined. With my local knowledge of Utah and beyond, I’ll be your guide, whether it’s a cliffside ceremony in Moab or a glacier vow exchange in Alaska. I’m even an ordained minister, ready to officiate your elopement if needed!
